Sutherland Styled Picnics is a premier luxury picnic company serving Washington, D.C. and the surrounding areas. Our top priority is to create the PERFECT experience for our guests.
Our picnics can be tailored to suit a range of special occasions, to include group gatherings such as a birthday or bridal shower or an intimate setting like a proposal or anniversary.
We Handle Everything
We will take care of all the details -- from delivering the picnic setup to the location you desire, to picking it up once the event is over. We have you fully covered!

Sea Salt and Linen
Reminiscent of a day filled with sun, sand and sea spray. Neutrals and ocean blues with linens, candles and pampas grass.
Magnolia Blush

Please Read Prior to Booking
* Payment & Booking Terms
Once our availability is confirmed, we will email you an invoice that requires a 50% non-refundable booking fee within 24 hours to secure your selected date. The remaining balance must be paid at least 72 hours before your event. All payments are final. If you have to cancel your scheduled event, we will work with you to reschedule to another date, pending our availability. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled event start time, you will not receive a refund of any payments, nor will you be able to reschedule a new date.
* Weather Policy
Mother Nature can be a pain but we will do our best to accommodate. We have had to move locations or change dates due to weather. If that looks like it may affect your reservation, we will contact you in advance of your picnic to discuss your options. There is no cancellation charge for rescheduling your picnic due to bad weather (Precipitation).
* Dietary Restrictions
Please let us know if there are any dietary restrictions in the above form so that we can make your charcuterie board(s) appropriately.
